We do not store any credit card details. After you press "Proceed to Secure Payment", you will be automatically transferred in a secured SSL (128-bit ,TLS 1.1) Bank Gateway to complete the payment.

2. SECURITY
Our site uses SSL encryption (SHA 256,128-bit) to secure the communication of all sensitive information passing between your browser and our servers. To confirm that it is a secure connection, you should see the https:// and Green Lock/Secure in the URL. The “https” indicates that it’s using SSL. Furthermore, you should see a yellow lock at the bottom right corner of your browser. If you have reason to believe that any account with us is no longer secure, you must immediately contact us.

3. The deposit can be paid by credit, debit, or prepaid card through our secure payment page.
The deposit fee of 400 euro is non-refundable once your wedding has been booked.

4. All payments are in € (Euro).

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
The fee of 400 euro is not refundable once your wedding has been booked.
60 days prior wedding date, 700 Euros cancellation fee.
40 days prior to wedding date, 30% of the total cost of wedding package & extra services.
30-20 days prior to wedding date, 50% of the total cost of wedding package & extra services.
Less than 20 days, full payment is required.

6. REFUND POLICY
In case of a cancellation, our bank requires the following details to proceed with a refund.
i. The country of your Bank.
ii. The account number and the IBAN number of your bank account.
iii. BIC CODE of your Bank.
iv. Name & Surname of card holder.
v. Address of card holder.

7. TERMS OF EXTERNAL VENDORS/SUPPLIERS
In some cases and for specific services, such as venue or photographer, a booking to the provider will be arranged from you directly. The policy changes according to the policy of each provider.

Any services that you will like to book directly, Weddings Santorini (www.weddingsantorini.com) will not be responsible for their actions.
